Omega Learning® collects and uses your personal information to operate the Omega Learning® websites and deliver information on the services that you have requested. Omega Learning® Franchisor and franchised centers may also contact you through surveys to conduct market research about your opinion of current services and possibly new services that may be offered in the future.
Omega Learning® does not sell, rent, or lease their customer lists to third parties. Omega Learning® may share data with trusted partners and franchisees to help us perform statistical analysis or send you email or postal mail to provide customer support and service announcements. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Omega Learning® and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information on PCI compliant systems.

Omega Learning® respects the privacy of individuals and try to make it easy for users to stop receiving communication from us. Franchise System
Omega Learning® franchised centers are independently owned and operated by franchise owners, who are responsible for the privacy of the data they collect over the phone and in the center. Franchised owners set their own pricing. Franchised owners are responsible for adhering to the AdvancED accreditation standards of the corporate district model.

Omega Learning® sites will occasionally update this Privacy Statement to in response to company policy and/or customer feedback. Omega Learning® encourages you to periodically review this statement in order to be informed of how Omega Learning® is valuing and protecting your information.
